Located in Oshawa’s beautiful Lakeview Park, this museum comprises three historic homes: Guy House, Henry House, and Robinson House.
Each home of the Oshawa Museum provides a unique glimpse into different eras of Oshawa’s past, from the early 19th century to the modern day. Upon entering the Oshawa Museum, visitors are immediately immersed in the stories and artifacts that shaped the community. Guy House serves as the museum’s visitor center and gallery space, hosting rotating exhibits that explore various aspects of local history. Henry House, a charming example of Regency architecture, showcases the domestic life of the Victorian era, complete with period furnishings and décor. Meanwhile, Robinson House, originally a log cabin, highlights Oshawa’s Indigenous history and the region’s agricultural roots.
