Opened in 2007, the Pablo Atchugarry Foundation is the passion-project of the sculptor Pablo Atchugarry. The heart of the complex is the sculptor’s studio and 3 exhibition rooms, a classroom, and a performing arts center complete with auditorium and open air stage for concerts, plays, dance performances, and conferences. Surrounding this is a beautiful 30-hectare sculpture park where art and nature live in harmony, the chirping birds and serene lakes giving the perfect counterpoint to the many abstract sculptures that dot the landscape. All of this is absolutely free, to ensure that everybody is able to experience the many artistic mediums.
