Rekindle your childhood spirits in this interactive exhibit created from recyclable material and naturally found objects made into an interactive gallery.
Blair Somerville, or the “Organic Mechanic” as he likes to refer to himself, is the Kiwi behind the aptly named Lost Gypsy Gallery: incredibly creative and unique collection of gadgets and gizmos housed in a large greenhouse-like truck. Visitors are enamored by the intricacies of each artistic trinket inside this enclosure, which Blair has spent almost two decades creating and building. Next to the caravan is a beautiful garden which is also full of contraptions and art made mainly made from coins, shells from the nearby beach, and wire. Many of the pieces are also interactive, so that you can not only admire them but you can also participate in the beauty of the rare nature of this attraction that is constantly being augmented. In addition, you can also sit down for a tasty coffee so that you can get rejuvenated to view the sights along the rest of your journey.
