Tychy Brewery Museum

Explore one of Poland’s most famous breweries housed in a historic architectural jewel, which dates back to the 17th century.

About

A visit to Tychy Brewery starts in the museum, where visitors learn the history and brewing process of one of Poland’s most famous beers. The museum hosts an array of displays, including a 3D cinema and various multimedia exhibits. Guests who choose to book a tour of the brewery will then embark on a journey through the historic brewhouse, voted one of the Seven Architectural Wonders of the Silesian Voivodeship. For sanitary and safety reasons, visitors are not able to view the brewing process, but will have a chance to see the bottling process in the brewery’s modern bottling facility across the street from the historic building. The guided tour ends in the brewery’s historic pub with a sample of their freshly brewed beer, creating the perfect end to an interesting and informative afternoon. Tours of the brewery must be booked in advance through the museum’s website, while entrance to the museum itself is possible without advanced reservation.
