Instead of a raging torrent, water drips, trickles and flows down this whimsical, moss-covered cliff.
Like its name suggests, there’s a gentle atmosphere to Whispering Falls. Water from a small stream pours over a 40 meter cliff in a series of small rivulets, bouncing and pouring off mossy outcroppings. More fanciful than ferocious, part of the falls’ charm is the hour-long walk to reach them, which has you follow and cross a river running through a beautiful forest, which gives you plenty of time to commune with nature.
