Nostalgia is at the forefront of Wind City Moon, with every inch of the walls and simulated telephone poles adorned with vintage notices and advertisements from the era. The staff adds to the ambiance, dressed in the uniforms and bright orange hats that were once worn by primary school students in Taiwan.
