Wynns Coonawarra Estate is the perfect place to nibble on a cheese plate, throw back a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon and learn more about the history of the region’s leading wine producer before blending a bottle for yourself. In the late 1800s, Scotland-born John Riddoch made his way to South Australia and began to cultivate the land. He later established his first winery complete with a limestone cellar (which is still in use today!). Book a spot in advance (essential) for the Make Your Own Blend experience. Try your hand at making your own Cabernet, Shiraz or Merlot variety and bring it home in a personalized bottle. This unique experience is available each week lasts approximately an hour and is 59 AUD per person. The Make Your Own Blend Experience is available Monday to Friday at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 AM.
