Yeoju holds great importance in the nation’s history, preserving the legacy of past rulers and making significant contributions to contemporary South Korean ceramics. Partnered with the neighboring city of Icheon, it hosts the esteemed World Ceramic Exposition annually. One of Yeoju's unique attractions is "The Phone," the world's first and only phone museum, exploring Alexander G. Bell's initial invention to the latest smartphones.
