"Fridrich, was lovely, he was on time for pick up, and very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the traffic was horrendous, due to road closures from the snow, so our trip was very slow. There was nothing anyone could do about this and we all just had to be patient. The car was immaculate and we were impressed by the Tesla.
