" I have been beyond pleased with this first interaction with daytrip. The customer service support team is exceptional. They respond quickly and with clear answers. I was in text communication with my driver 24 hours prior to my trip. I was flying into CDG airport and he met me at the arrivals with a sign with my name. He was friendly and courteous and helpful with my luggage. We had a 3 1/2 hour drive. His name is Zaid and he is truly exceptional.
