“Je suis vraiment très heureuse d’être tombée sur ce site pour réserver deux transferts privés pendant ma visite à Lima, au Pérou. Il s’agissait de deux trajets aller simple d’environ trois heures chacun. La communication a été excellente dès que tout a été réservé par e-mail, puis j’ai téléchargé leur application. J’ai rencontré quelques problèmes avec l’application et le service client a été formidable pour m’aider à les résoudre. Honnêtement, le service client était impressionnant et m’a donné le sentiment d’avoir fait le bon choix. Les deux chauffeurs étaient parfaitement à l’heure, aucun problème ! Découverte de la Toscane

“Nous avons eu le même chauffeur pendant notre voyage de deux jours en Toscane. J’ai pu créer mon propre itinéraire afin d’aller où nous voulions et voir ce que nous voulions. Marco était fantastique ! Il nous ouvrait les portes et veillait à ce que ma mère puisse entrer et sortir de la voiture facilement. Il avait de l’eau dans la voiture pour nous. Il est arrivé en avance pour nous récupérer les deux jours et nous a déposés aussi près que possible des villes. Il nous a indiqué par où entrer dans les villes, puis m’a envoyé sa position pour que nous sachions comment le retrouver après avoir parcouru les rues. Je suis tellement heureuse d’avoir décidé de prendre un chauffeur pour nous faire découvrir la Toscane. Cela nous a enlevé toute l’inquiétude et l’angoisse de conduire dans une région que je ne connaissais pas et où je ne savais pas où me garer. De l’argent très bien dépensé!”

De Dubrovnik à Sarajevo

“Nous avons été surpris de découvrir que nous rendre de Dubrovnik à Sarajevo n'était pas simple. Nous ne voulions pas passer par Zagreb en avion, ce qui prendrait toute la journée avec les correspondances, et nous souhaitions voir un peu de la campagne bosniaque. Nous avons cherché une voiture en Croatie, mais le coût d'une location en aller simple jusqu'à Sarajevo était prohibitif. En cherchant sur internet, nous sommes tombés sur ce service réputé. Bien qu'il soit plus coûteux que ce que nous souhaitions, il était excellent. Salih était un chauffeur fabuleux, conduisant bien, avec un grand sens de l'humour, une bonne connaissance et un excellent anglais. Nous avons eu un voyage très confortable et intéressant.”
