"My family used your services from Milan to Venice on October 3. There were blocked roads to Venice due to protests, but our FANTASTIC driver, Giuseppe, from G&G Exclusive Cars found a way to get us in via water taxi from the Venice airport. He went out of his way and worked so hard to get us there. We were traveling with our toddler grandson, and were so anxious about what we were facing in a country where we don’t speak the language. He found a water taxi after about 10 calls to different providers, then drove us directly to the dock and walked us through hundreds of people waiting for the Vaparetto, right to our private taxi. It was AMAZING. We have planned this trip with our family for over a year - we only had two days in Venice and were so sad that we might miss the beautiful city due to the protests. But thanks to Giuseppe, we were able to experience it with our whole family. Honestly, his kind help was one of the best experiences of our trip! We are so thankful for his hard work, kindness and patience. Here we are in a photo before we left in the water taxi. Our grandson was enthralled with the boat ride, too - an unexpected little surprise. Please, please thank our driver for us! He is a gem!"
