He patiently awaited our arrival to the lobby so he could take us from Tulum Dreams Resort to our other hotel in cancun an hour and a half away near the airport prior to our departure flight home. He was polite, respectful and kind. Made sure we were comfortable during our long ride. Fast and to the point. I recommend this company as finding a one way ride from Tulum to Cancun isn't easy or cheap and this company provides a great service for a great price. Our plane had a delay and Mr.Soot S. waited an addition 45 mins.for us to disembark.( I had personally text him while we were on the plane to inform him, in which I received a quick response of, no problem and the gate he would be waiting at for us.) Then we had to retrieve our luggage. Even after all that, he was nothing but smiles,holding a card with our name on it..(And we were grateful after a total of flying 25 hours.).
