It was a fantastic trip.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received from Day Trip. We had two Day Trip rides on August 31 from Athens to Lefkada and September 7 from Lefkada back to Athens. Both trips included stops at scenic sites in Greece. Both drivers were excellent and accommodating. However, we’d especially like to recognize Panos Peppas, who was our driver from Lefkada to Athens. Panos was incredibly nice & pleasant and delivered outstanding customer service, which included handling all of luggage, providing us with cold waters throughout the trip, providing us protein bars, providing us with printed materials on the Corinth Canal (one of scenic stops), looking up and providing us with terminal & gate info for our flight back home and providing us with a recipe for tzatziki.

Excellent experience with Daytrip

We booked transportation with Daytrip from Berlin to Kraków. Our Polish driver, Maciej Kolodziej, was on time, thoughtful and a good driver. He is also a tour guide, so we had an extensive conversation about Polish history, the EU and Kraków. The van was clean and comfortable. We didn’t take any of the tours along the way. The office in the UK was extremely responsive when I was unable to enter our Berlin pickup address on the website and they also confirmed the reservation when requested. Our other choices for transportation were renting a car and dropping it off (very expensive), train or fly to Warsaw and transfer (slow and complicated) or Ryan Air (always a wild card). Daytrip car service was so much better! Highly recommended.

Berlin to Krakow

We recently went from Berlin to Krakow with Blazej as our driver. It was a long 9 hour day. We were collected on time in a clean car, by a friendly face. I had requested we stop on the way to see the two very old wooden churches, we also stopped for a hamburger lunch and of course, toilet stops whenever needed. Our accommodation in Krakow was on a pedestrian street, and Blazej made sure we got as close as we could. It was wonderful not to have to go to an airport, or worry about luggage at either end, but still a long day mostly on motorways, which are boring! We had plenty of friendly chatting on the way. Couldn’t fault anything, except that it was a long day, whichever way you looked at it....

Great drivers

I have to say the experience was fantastic. Well done on a great concept and so well executed. Wojciech C was a great driver, very talkative, informative and a sense of fun. He wanted to ensure we enjoyed the experience and told us much about Poland. If it was Uber he would have received 6 stars our next trip from Krakow to Warsaw was with Adam. He too was great. An extremely good driver, quite informative and thoughtful. Both had great English-which was a big plus. The concept is great for us for the following reasons: No dragging luggage to railway stations at each end and cab fares from/to hotels In the case of Berlin to Krakow it was faster than train The chance to do/add things on the way-like Auschwitz Local drivers who can really give insights and information on the country and local issues. Well done and we'll happily use it again.

Really great way to travel in comfort between cities in Europe

We used Daytrip in October for 3 different trips. First we travelled from Berlin to Krakow, then Krakow to Prague and finally Prague to Nurenberg. We were impressed how efficient the office was informing us who our driver would be for each trip and his or her contact details. All our drivers were amazing, they were on time and nothing was too much. They all spoke excellent english and shared with us information about the countries we were visiting. We also did one stop on each trip and these were very interesting and each time the driver made sure that we had enough time to enjoy it. I would highly recommend Daytrip to anyone, it is the best way to travel in Europe and I would use it again in the future.
