“All three of our Daytrip private transportation arrangements were excellent. The drivers were very professional and very knowledgeable. “Using Daytrip in Switzerland and Germany proved to be such a great experience. We hired Daytrip on two separate occasions, from Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland to Fussen, Germany and from Fussen, Germany to Munich, Germany. Both drivers were very punctual, spoke excellent english, and provided outstanding customer service. I actually broke my arm in Germany and had to stay two nights in a hospital. Daytrip was so good about refunding my money for the trip from Fussen to Austria that we did not get to take. After I was released from the hospital, they were outstanding in providing a driver from Fussen to Germany. Her name was Marjut and she was like having our own personal tour guide. She knew so much history and was great at telling us where to eat, customs we may need to know about in Germany, and she made sure we were checked into our hotel and had directions to a great beer garden in Munich. She went above and beyond to make our day trip spectacular. I will most certainly use them again when returning to Europe!”
