“Gonzalo de Daytrip fue nuestro conductor y fue absolutamente increíble. Hizo todo lo posible por localizarnos, ya que no teníamos buena señal en nuestros teléfonos. Esperó pacientemente nuestra llegada al vestíbulo para llevarnos desde el Tulum Dreams Resort a nuestro otro hotel en Cancún, a una hora y media de distancia, cerca del aeropuerto, antes de nuestro vuelo de regreso a casa. “Marianna nos recogió para llevarnos de Heraclión a Chania. El clima era terrible y, debido a esto, Marianna llegó unos minutos tarde. Me contactó para avisarme. Marianna vive en Chania y hizo que nuestro viaje fuera muy interesante al contarnos sobre cosas locales para hacer y ver en Chania. Marianna es una conductora segura y todos nos sentimos cómodos con la velocidad a la que conducía y lo bien que manejó bajo la fuerte lluvia. Es una persona encantadora y habla inglés con fluidez. Una gran manera de viajar y ver algunos lugares en el camino

“No sabíamos qué esperar de este viaje y reservamos desde Australia. Inicialmente buscábamos una forma fácil de viajar de Granada a Málaga. Decidimos no perder la oportunidad de ver algo más en nuestro camino. Miguel ciertamente superó nuestras expectativas. Su inglés era excelente (lamentablemente hablamos muy poco español), y fue muy amable y servicial. Disfrutamos mucho escuchando sobre las regiones por las que pasamos y también discutiendo algunas de las costumbres locales. Miguel nos llevó a Antequera como estaba planeado y se aseguró de que pudiéramos conseguir fácilmente nuestras entradas para las atracciones sin ninguna prisa. Nos recogieron y dejaron puntualmente y realmente disfrutamos nuestro viaje. Esperamos volver a España y poder usar este servicio nuevamente en algún momento.”

¡No pierdas tu precioso tiempo de vacaciones en aeropuertos!

“¡Permítanme comenzar felicitando a la compañía My Daytrip por armar una de las experiencias de servicio al cliente más sobresalientes que mi grupo y yo hemos tenido! Desde el uso de su sitio web, el centro de atención al cliente, las notificaciones electrónicas con toda la información para reunirse con los conductores, la calidad de los automóviles y el concepto de Daytrip en sí... ¡verdaderamente notable! Tuvimos tres Daytrips individuales... Venecia a Saalfelden, Saalfelden a Múnich y Múnich a Frankfurt. Cada conductor llegó puntualmente, cada uno fue profesional, amable y cortés, cargaron nuestro equipaje con cuidado, abrieron puertas, nos ayudaron a subir al automóvil, tenían agua esperándonos, nos dieron sugerencias sobre las paradas, ¡incluso tomaron fotos para nosotros! Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver más ciudades y pueblos en el camino que nunca habríamos llegado a ver si hubiéramos optado por hacer conexiones aéreas... todo ese tiempo que se pierde al llegar al aeropuerto, esperando la salida, esperando el equipaje se pasó disfrutando de todos los hermosos paisajes. Lo más importante... ¡nos llevaron con seguridad a nuestro destino y fue mucho más barato que el pasaje aéreo!
