"Boren was just amazing. He was understandably delayed by weather and traffic, but we still had plenty of time to get to the ship. He kept me informed with constant updates. He did his best to get a parking spot near our hotel, but the parking was impossible. Fortunately, our hotel told him he could scoot into the taxi spot by the hotel entrance, so we could load up quickly to avoid getting drenched from the rain. I had requested a step stool to help us get in and out of the van. He built two whole steps for us! It was just perfect! He made marvelous time to the port. We were there long before 2:00. He is a superb driver! He worked with the ship staff to get our luggage onto carts and on its way to the ship. We can't sing his praises high enough! Thank you! "
