It was a fantastic trip.

“We were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received from Day Trip. We had two Day Trip rides on August 31 from Athens to Lefkada and September 7 from Lefkada back to Athens. Both trips included stops at scenic sites in Greece. Both drivers were excellent and accommodating. However, we’d especially like to recognize Panos Peppas, who was our driver from Lefkada to Athens. Panos was incredibly nice & pleasant and delivered outstanding customer service, which included handling all of luggage, providing us with cold waters throughout the trip, providing us protein bars, providing us with printed materials on the Corinth Canal (one of scenic stops), looking up and providing us with terminal & gate info for our flight back home and providing us with a recipe for tzatziki.”

What a great company..

“I stumbled upon this company when I did a search online for transport ideas from Budapest to Venice. Trains and planes were not working for us but this totally fit the bill. The website is extremely easy to use and shows you all of the points of interest along the way. We fell in love with the idea of being able to stay on Lake Bled in Slovenia, a beautiful country, and we will return here next time in Europe.. We were so impressed we decided to travel over 2 days. Day 1: We were picked up at the door of our hotel in Budapest and were dropped at the door of our hotel on Lake Bled. The car was very comfortable. We stopped along the way at Maribor and had lunch. Our driver, Andrea, took us to a typical little restaurant and advised us on what we should order. Poor Andrea had to negotiate a terrible thunder and hail storm just outside of Bled, I was pleased not to be the driver. Day 2: Darko, our driver picked us at the door once more for our transfer to Venice. We stopped at Ljubljana for around 60 minutes, a very pretty town with lots of bridges. It is our plan to return here again. We also stopped at Predjama Castle, we had lunch here, we didn't venture inside as we didn't have time, not wanting to arrive too late in Venice. Darko dropped as at the bus station and from there it was just a short walk across the carpark to the Vaporetto. I would use this company again without hesitation and recommend them in a heartbeat. They are prompt, the cars are very nice and comfy, the drivers are full of information about where you are travelling through and the website is brilliant. See you next time The Daytrip team..”

“Our driver Jiri B was excellent. He showed up to pick us up at our hotel a bitt early but that was great we were very excited to get to Budapest. He loaded our luggage and helped us get settled. He provided us with a lot of information on our ride, which was exactly what we were hoping for. “A buddy and I used Daytrip to go from Budapest to Venice and the experience was fantastic. The communication leading up to the trip was simple and straight-forward providing me with confidence in the service. Our driver, Melita was extremely personable, and engaging. We felt like she was a travel companion rather than simply our driver! We stopped at Ljubljana on the way and had an amazing lunch and in so doing, discovered another city that wasn't on my radar but I will plan to return to and spend some time. When we arrived on the mainland outside Venice, Melita knew right where to take us, to catch our boat-taxi to the hotel. It was clear that she wanted to take good care of us.
