"We appreciated the service and the driver very much. He drove very carefully and safely and was interesting to talk to and learn from, especially about his Kashmiri background. He was very patient as we waited through a fifteen-minute road blockage at the end of our trip, and we felt sorry that we did not have a chance to provide him a gratuity before he drove off, apparently afraid of blocking the narrow street himself. Please let us know if there is a way to do so conveniently.

"Our experience was wonderful. Our driver was kind, courteous, professional, and just simply excellent. He was there ahead of schedule, and helped us get all our luggage to the car and loaded. He provided drinks and candy for the ride. He shared information with us about the area, and was very friendly and easy to talk with. He didn't force conversation just for the sake of conversation, but was open and willing to talk and provide insight. We made it to our first exploration stop, and he spoke with us about some information on the place and how he remembered going there as a child. He then let us go adventure through the gardens while he waited with our stuff in the car. Prior to leaving for the second stop he reviewed with us some about the area and options for things to see. We took him up on his recommendation for where to go, and are extremely glad we did. When we arrived at our final destination it was raining, and as we were staying in the old town part of Girona he could not drive all the way to the front door of the hotel. So, he parked close to the hotel and had us wait in the car while he ventured out in the rain to make sure he knew where we were going. He then returned and guided us on foot, while also helping with our luggage. This driver was absolutely wonderful, and we feel very fortunate to have gotten him. It was made even better when he let us know he would also be our driver a few days later when we returned from Girona back to Barcelona.
We loved the service, which is a greatly the result of the excellent driver.
You asked for what could be better. The only thing I can think of is providing information that the price of the ride does not include the cost of admission to the stops. Maybe your site did mention this, and I just missed it. For us it was not a big deal, but I wasn't aware, so I was a little shocked at first when we got to the first stop and there was additional cost involved. Again it really wasn't a big deal for us, but you asked for input, and this is the only thing I can think of as a possible improvement.
Great service, and we will keep you in mind for our next trip. And again, the driver was absolutely excellent, so please let him know again how much we appreciated him.
