"Stwart was an amazing driver. He was very knowledgeable of the areas we drove through and willing to share information and answer questions. He was very helpful with loading our luggage and getting us to the airport on time. "Thank you for reaching out. We were very pleased with our experience with Daytrip services in Costa Rica. We had Luis as our driver from La Fortuna to Tamarindo, then again from Tamarindo to San Jose. The vehicles were clean and large enough to be very comfortable for our family of four. Luis had cold waters for us which is always good and important. It was nice that the Wi-Fi was also offered, though it did not work very well unfortunately – I gave up after trying a couple of times and just used my data. I’m sure Luis would have tried to help make it work, but he was driving and it was not that important to stop him. This was true on both trips, so this could be an area of improvement. Luis was friendly and professional, and we were also given the choice to change to a Van instead of the SUV from Tamarindo to San Jose trip if we wanted, but the SUV was very roomy and comfortable for us, so we stayed with that. Luis stopped for us when we needed to use the restroom and took us to nice, clean facilities whenever available. Our stop to the Crocodile Bridge on the way to San Jose was a nice add on and the travel time estimated in the app was very close to our actual travel times on each day. We’ve used this service with other clients but in different countries, and it was a nice enough experience that I would book it for clients going there now. As long as the level of vehicle is consistent with what I experienced, and the drivers are English speaking (if for English speaking clients), I think this could be a great option moving forward. "
