"Dear Team Daytrip, Marco was excellent! He had contacted my accommodation the day before pick up to find out how best to reach arrive at pick up point. However, on day of pick up there were markets on in Assisi and main road in was in accessible! He contacted the Guesthouse where I was staying to advise how best to get there. I had arranged for a side trip to Hermitage on way to Siena. This was not on advertised Daytrip side trips but Marco had found out about destination and was able to give me some information. On way to Siena he gave me interesting facts about area. Marco is reason I used Daytrip for transfer from Siena to Lucca. Kind regards, Ann"
