"Thank you for your assistance with this transfer and our driver as this is a problematic spot for a transfer, seeing that it’s a pedestrian zone but he was very patient not to make it a difficult pickup as he phoned the hotel with his point of pickup which for us, as clients, the hotel took us to meet him. Andras was very helpful in every aspect of our trip/transfer with having a great conversation about everything. A really nice person that couldn’t do enough for you. So we were really happy for that.
