"Car was comfortable and clean. Our driver was professional and easy to communicate with. The day before our roadtrip, he contacted our pick up hotel and the drop off hotel to prepare, which I thought was fantastic! Super easy website and service to use. This was our first time using this service and I just found it perusing the web, so it was a gamble. We have used Viator in the past for airport transfers and/or rides to specific tourist destinations. Day trip offered more flexibility and customization for our needs here in Italy.
