"A fantastic overall experience, from the initial contact to drop off. 3 days prior an email was sent with the driver’s name, picture, car description and license plate number. Our driver texted us approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled time to say she was in the area and to let her know when we were ready for pick up. The was car was spotless inside and out with water and snacks available. Our driver was professional, courteous and most of all pleasant and smiling. She had heard from a fellow driver there might be an issue with port of embarkation , we proceeded to the port listed on our confirmation from the cruise lines. She asked us to wait and went to check if this was the correct port. She found a representative from the cruise line and brought them to the car to verify that the port location had changed, she then transported us to the new port 10 minutes away."
