"This could not have been easier! Cosmin was polite and efficient - could not have asked for anything better.
With a young child and three grandparents in tow, switching buses and trains was really not an option to get from Venice to Salzburg. Plus the cost of each, both financially and time, it had potential to be cumbersome.
Cosmin and Daytrip created a safe and financially sound transportation option. Thank you.

"Perhaps my greatest concern about our 18 day vacation was transitioning from Venice (where our cruise ended) to Salzburg where we stayed for a few more days to enjoy that lovely city and its surroundings. Stepan arrived right on time (a few minutes early in fact) in the hotel lobby and from then on everything was wonderful. He handled our considerable luggage and packed it carefully in his roomy vehicle and off we went. The Volkswagon was so comfortable and clean. I truly cannot say enough about the great job Stepan did to make the day trip care free and enjoyable. He is an excellent driver. quite knowledgable, and one of the sweetest and kindest personalities I have ever run across in my tourist travels. He accommodated us in a most helpful and friendly manner from the beginning to the end of our journey. If I were you I would make sure he gets a raise, a bonus, good routes and schedules--whatever it takes to keep him as part of your team. I was 100% pleased with your company and will share my very positive experiences with my friends. Thanks again to Stepan! Feel free to use any part of this correspondence for promotional purposes.
Sincerely, Chuck M.

"The trip went really well and Dejan was a fantastic driver. He was there in Venice at 4:30pm as promised and very professionally got us here to Salzburg safely this evening.
As you might know we have booked 6 transfers with Daytrip during our European holiday. Todayās transfer was the third. From our experience today I rate Daytrip even higher than I did before (which is hard!) You guys proved to me today you do you very best to look after your clients - the biggest fear of travelers like myself and my family in booking with Daytrip is being left stranded. So if the rest of the transfers go to plan as I hope they will, when I return to Australia I will certainly be giving Daytrip 5 stars and letting everyone know how Daytrip supports so well the travelers who have put their faith with them. If I could Iād give you more stars!
So well done for today and thank you to Dejan. I am very grateful for everyoneās help today in getting and we look forward to meeting our upcoming drivers for our remaining three transfers. "
