"She picked us up earlier than scheduled, at our request. She was cheerful, she provided my husband some Ricola drops to quell his cough. She even apologized for being five minutes late, which was funny because we were actually leaving Caen almost an hour early. Her entire demeanor made us feel comfortable. My husband commented that she was an amazingly skilled driver. We loved her and the car which was comfortable and clean."
