Todas as reservas do Daytrip são de ida. Se você precisar de uma viagem de retorno em uma data diferente, basta reservar como uma viagem de ida separada. Para uma excursão no mesmo dia, por favor solicite uma viagem personalizada. Se planeja ficar mais de algumas horas, recomendamos reservar duas viagens de ida para evitar pagar o motorista pelo tempo de espera.
Para o serviço privado do Daytrip, você pode cancelar com reembolso total até 24 horas antes da partida. Para o serviço compartilhado Daytrip Pool, oferecemos 3 opções de bilhetes ao reservar: Não reembolsável, Flexível com cancelamento até 24 horas antes da partida e Superflexível com cancelamento até 15 minutos antes da partida.

Cada passageiro tem direito a uma mala grande (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) e uma mala pequena (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Sedãs de luxo acomodam apenas 2 malas grandes. Sempre enviamos o veículo mais adequado para você e sua bagagem, então certifique-se de selecionar a quantidade exata de bagagem ao reservar. Se você tiver bagagem de tamanho especial ou não tiver certeza se sua bagagem caberá, entre em contato conosco.
Em todos os lugares, exceto nos EUA, os motoristas fornecerão cadeiras infantis adequadas (basta nos informar durante a reserva). Nos EUA, certos estados exigem que você forneça sua própria cadeirinha infantil.
