The open hillside gives kids space to roam, and the standing columns and theater spark imagination. The terrain is uneven, so it suits children who can walk independently for a few hours. Facilities at the site are minimal, so bringing water and snacks is highly recommended. A few small cafes and restaurants in the nearby village of Teboursouk and the town of Testour serve traditional Tunisian dishes such as couscous, brik, and grilled meats.
